Escape from the forest. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but I usually use female pronouns for the subjects of my paintings. That said, this guy is definitely a he, as there’s something very masculine about what he’s doing. There is something a little bit aggressive about his stance and again, playing on the strength and movement of the piece.
